Where is the forum and why can't I log in!?
The forum is at http://www.nhbgear.com/forum. There is also a Forum link at the top of this page.
Your store customer login and the forum login are not linked, they are two separate accounts.
What are the shipping options?
Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail which can take 1-5 business days to arrive. International shipping is available with rates varying depending on the destination country and weight. Generally, we ship via Global Priority Mail or Global EMS. International Shipping options appear only when the Ship To address is outside of the US. Certain products, like books and videos, may have special shipping options, so please choose the appropriate method for your product.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges can be made for issues like the wrong size, wrong color, issues of quality, etc. Please contact us first before returning merchandise. The customer pays any return shipping costs. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. Returned items must be in NEW, resalable condition.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. If paying by personal check, your order will ship once the check clears.
I received some of my order. Where is the rest?
Some products ship from various locations, i.e. factory direct, and will arrive in separate packages and at different times.

How do I care for my gi?
Wash the jacket and pants in cold water. Cold water will remove blood stains and hot water will set them. Do not use bleach because it breaks the fabric down. Hang to dry. Hot tumble drying is not recommended because the tumbling in the dryer will fray the fabric over time.
How do I care for my rash guard?
Turn the shirt inside out. Wash in COLD and hang dry.
