Our patches are dye sublimated meaning the ink is permanently tattooed into the fibers of the patch fabric. There is no paint on top to rub off, crack, peel, or stick to the mat. The final print quality is very high. We can even perfectly reproduce a digital photograph on your patch.
FULL COLOR, DIGITAL PHOTO QUALITY.
There is no set up fee, no screen charges, and you pay the same price for 1 color or 100 colors.
MULTIPLE COLORS = SAME PRICE.
The Large Patch can have a printed image of up to 14x12.5, but we can accommodate other sizes like 12x12, 13x6, 12x7, etc. As a general guide, if your printed image is 65 square inches or greater then you need the Large. If you need a smaller patch check out the Medium Custom Patch.
