Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How To Return An Item You must have prior approval from NHB GEAR before making a return. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 1. Please email info@nhbgear.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA. 2. Ship the item by Priority Mail to: NHB GEAR ATTN: Returns PO Box 220671 Chantilly, VA 20153 3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, the exchange information (size, color, etc), and a copy of the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened. These may include DVDs, health products, or other items, so please check with us before returning anything. Custom printed items CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges If the item is in like new condition, it may be exchanged for a different size or color. No restocking fee will be required in this case, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Policy Turnaround Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm). Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Please check with us for turnaround estimates. Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS UPS FedEx Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order or email you with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. At checkout, the cost of shipping is displayed. Backorders If an item is on backorder we will ship all in stock items first. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship the remaining items. There will be no additional shipping/handling charge for the second shipment.
