You agree to indemnify and hold NHB GEAR, and its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by NHB GEAR by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by NHB GEAR LLC in defending against any such suit, demand or claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold NHB GEAR LLC harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by NHB GEAR by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through NHB GEAR.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

You must have prior approval from NHB GEAR before making a return. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

1. Please email info@nhbgear.com to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you an RMA.

2. Ship the item by Priority Mail to:

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, the exchange information (size, color, etc), and a copy of the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, so please check with us before returning anything. DVDs, personal hygiene items, and custom printed items CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, we do not refund the original shipping paid on the order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If the item is in like new condition, it may be exchanged for a different size or color. No restocking fee will be required in this case, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be authorized when you place your order and charged when the order is ready to ship. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded in full.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Some orders may take 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) to process. Orders with custom printing may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Please check with us for turnaround estimates.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email you with the tracking information once your order ships. Please note that some delivery methods do not supply tracking numbers. Tracking is not available for Priority Mail International shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package, the destination, and insurance. At checkout, the cost of shipping is displayed.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any delays. In general, we ship all in-stock items first. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship the remaining items. There will be no additional shipping/handling charge for the second shipment.
