    North American Combat Sports Championships Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament

    Saturday, July 14th at The Showplace
    3000 Mechanicsville Turnpike
    Richmond, VA 23223


    Pre-registration is over, but you can register Friday night 7 PM to 9 PM - Weigh in at www.revolutionbjj.com OR Saturday morning at The Showplace.

    ***PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REGISTRATION TIMES!***
    Saturday:
    7:00 AM - Registration/weigh-ins open for children
    8:00 AM - Registration/weigh-ins open for all divisions
    8:30 AM - Registration/weigh ins close for children & teens (FIRM)
    8:30 AM - Rules meeting
    9:00 AM - Children/Teen divisions start 
    10:00 AM - Registration closes for Team Challenge competitors, masters & women (FIRM)
    11:00 AM - Weigh ins close for Advanced/Purple/Brown/Black belt competitors (FIRM)
    11:00 AM - Team Challenge begins
    11:00 AM - Women's no gi divisions begin
    11:00 AM - Masters' no gi divisions begin
    11:30 AM - Weigh ins close for Intermediate/Blue belt competitors (FIRM)
    11:30 AM - Women's no gi divisions begin
    11:30 AM - Masters' no gi divisions begin
    12:00 PM - Weigh ins close for Beginner/White belt competitors (FIRM)
    12:00 PM - Advanced no gi divisions begin (absolute first)
    1:00 PM - Intermediate no gi divisions begin (absolute first)
    2:00 PM - Beginner no gi divisions begin (absolute first)
    2:30 PM - Black/brown/purple belts (absolute first)
    3:30 PM - Blue belts (absolute first)
    4:30 PM - White belts (absolute first)







    Gi and no-gi divisions for adult men, women, teens, children, and masters- open weight divisions, too!

    This event should run very smoothly.  We're switching to 8 rings of competition, and we have the entire Annex part of the Showplace to ourselves.

    We have big plans in the works for this event!!  Remember, we're going to be in the Annex this time, which is at the Showplace, but the entrance is to the right as you're looking at the front of the building.

    Wrestling is totally different.  Bears give up their backs way too easily, like wrestlers.  Plus, they suck at triangles.
