Yo---I read somewhere that athletes are drinking Ensure, Pedialite, and other drinks that were once intended for underweight kids and the elderly due to their basis makeup being conducive to recovery, etc. Anyone know anything about this? Because they're sure as hell cheaper than a lot of those premixed protein drinks and some of them taste a lot better.

I hear that guys are drinking Pedialite/Pediasure instead of Gatorade.

    Anyone?

    read the label

pediasure is like super concentrated gatorade, with less simlpe sugar and sodium, and a little more good stuff (vits, minerals, protein etc).
