    thiese things are working so good im thinking about getting train to hook it up with some deca and sust just so i can max out more every week.

    i definately feel it already, it cuts your pushup count to like 60% of regular.



    yeah totally

    when u first try them, try to max out. take that # and

    then find out where you stand on the chart on the paper that was included.

    for me i did only like 30 on my first try ever. so now the workout is

    w/hands @ shoulder width:  24reps,1 minute rest, then 12reps, rest
    then 8 reps

    take a break

    then hands @ wider stance, same pattern

    take a break

    then hands close together, same pattern

    skip a day

    etc etc etc, the chart was hard to figure out at first.

    My max was 10, i did the 1 wide and 1 close. I gave it a few days and did it again and stopped...yet again.  Should i go back to max or go to step 2? I want to do this every day but, i keep forgetting there in my work drawal.

    I've been thinking about putting a pull-up bar in the garage... maybe rings would be better.

    What i wonder is how long will you keep having gains using them? Can your body get used to the mechanics and kind of peak on them?

    thats why im doing a six week trial, im on week three so far. and im diggin'em so far

    skip a day, follow the instructions, u only have to max once and thats just to see where on the workout chart u fall into, or are u funnin' w/me

    Ok guys, I'm sold. Just picked up a set at costco and threw them in the kitchen area at work. I'm watching the dvd this weekend and next week I'm starting. I get to start rolling again this week to so I can't Wait!!!!!

    i  got lazy the last week and a half ago and slacked off keeping the routine

    BUT, these things are on the money so far!!

    some of you might say "c'mon dude wheres the proof"

    well here it is biitches : TRUE FUKKIN STORY

    the wifey and i were randomly enjoying a little hugging and smooching time in the dining room, well during the slight writhing of light smooching she kept wincing and saying "ouch" . she's all "i know you're trying to poke me" i thought she was talking about my cokk, but junior wasnt even hard  at the time. i tell her to explain
