Hey Rick,

The name of Chris Brough's school is Elite Martial Arts.  I train there, it's a great environment, excellent instruction.  I travel for work and have been to many schools,  he definitely provides top notch instruction and it's a good group of guys (and gals) to train with.

I just did a google search for Jerssey shore BJJ and followed the link and the sight says Kurt Pellegrino MMA.

I clicked on the link on the site to Kurts personl web site and came across this

" I am in the process of opening a great facility for my own gym. It will take me a month or 2 to get it set up how I want. Starting July 1st I am teaching and training temporarily at 911 Main Street in Belmar, NJ (the old Jersey Shore BJJ) until my new location is ready to go. Please stop in, everyone is more than welcome! I have fighters training for theirs fights in Ring of Combat and Battlecage this month and next. "

No, I'm pretty sure Jason still owns it. He has been affiliated with Kurt for a long time.  I believe he has also recently  become affiliated with Team Lloyd Irvin in some way, but his website doesn't seem to have been updated yet to reflect this.
