I don't think we have pro v6 in canada (or at least I've never seen it) and I agree that myofusion is different from 100% casein, but those were the most comparable products from those brands
pure casein is kinda shoddy in that it feels like you're eating gelatin, but for that reason, it really does a good job coating the stomach overnight (a 130kcal scoop of ON 100% casein will keep you fuller longer than a 157kcal scoop of myofusion IMO)
so, here's my question: you say whey is better to grow, would you also say that it's better for recovery in general?
I'm saying that they did a university did a study using trained athletes and did thigh muscle biopsies to measure hypertrophy post workout. Plain old whey post workout resulted in the most growth.
They theorized that the metabolites from whey are key to the higher levels of growth. My theory is it's the leucine.

what is A+ certification and why is everyone shitting on it?
A+ is a so called Information Technology certification that it recognized throughout the IT industry as a first step on the road to technical proficiency.
I call it fucking bullshit. If you have it, I don't respect you. You don't have chops. You read a book, regurgitated some facts, passed a test. It don't mean s**t to me and I think less of you for your accomplishment.
Real IT professionals talk shop and tell the bullshitters from the people you actually want to be working with during a fucking crisis.
In summation, it's fucking garbage son!
so what certification do you consider to be better than A+. assume for a moment that i want to go into the glamourous world of IT, what educational path do you and other IT folks recommend?

What part of IT do you want to be in? That determines your certification path (if you need certs, anyway).

Help desk is far from an aspiration and on avg pay is 12-25/hr depending on how cherry of a position you can bullshit your way into. I've made 30/hr working help desk, but then again my bullshit has a fine ass pedigree.
A good start would be the Microsoft MCDST.

I'm sure Bhfism and NataS have their own opinions... but it's all about the golden handcuffs... how much will they pay you to keep you locked into the company... are you willing to be tethered to your job/systems 24/7/356. If you will suck that golden cock, the title is network manager and the pay is easy 6 figures plus bonus...
If you want to remain technical and skip the meetings, and only be moderately tethered and still play with the newest toys, then I would suggest network engineer for the heavy techy mental lifting, or network administrator for moderate-to no lifting and still an easy 75-90k a year. Both positions are invaluable and are part of the backbone of any midsize or larger company. Engineers are never downsized and they know where all of the skeletons are buried.
For an engineering or administrator position in networking, you really are just looking at a CCNA, cisco certified network administrator certification. A CCNA will get you the interview. Good bullshit will land you the job. It's an easy 60k/year slam dunk on an entry-level position. With experience and better bullshit you are looking at an easy 40-45/hr billing rate+Overtime.
Cisco has actually broken the CCNA down into two seperate tests now. J sargent offers a specialized networking course for each of the tests, pass the course, you should/will pass the test and have your CCNA with just those two 4 credit courses. Period.
I was looking at taking them congruently, but the active directory and unix courses were a full enough plate for me.

Oddly enough, I agree with nphocus. I feel dirty or violated or something
Anything software related can be outsourced to some 1 dollar an hour code monkey in another country. Stick to an IT field that has at least some hardware components and salaries for day to day tech workers will remain at least moderately high-end because companies will need hands and feet onsite eventually. Cisco has the lion's share of the market in the end to end corporate network space so that is a safe bet although Juniper is starting to creep up in the backbone (high-end Juniper guys are in high demand and will continue to do well).
Of course I am biased. I am a network guy. Or at least I was a network guy until I began to suck the proverbial "golden cock" as nphocus so eloquently put it

That's a solid outline of what and when you want to do things. One good point that was mentioned is that in IT, you don't get raises by staying at the same company or sucking on the same cock. You get more money by building your resume and changing jobs/companies... and the pay bumps are pretty damn drastic. After my year in helpdesk I doubled my salary the second year and have made pretty progressive jumps every year... till the recession and that guy I fucking maced with lysol while I was at verizon... but those are other stories for other times.

That's a solid outline of what and when you want to do things. One good point that was mentioned is that in IT, you don't get raises by staying at the same company or sucking on the same cock. You get more money by building your resume and changing jobs/companies... and the pay bumps are pretty damn drastic. After my year in helpdesk I doubled my salary the second year and have made pretty progressive jumps every year... till the recession and that guy I fucking maced with lysol while I was at verizon... but those are other stories for other times.
thank you chocolate face.
