I don't think Galvao will compete because he won his first round match so he has to prepare for his next mma match. I will be surprised if any of the other people you listed don't sign up before it is closed.

Xande Ribeiro is competing. He will almost definitely be in Pesado since Lovato is in Super Pesado this year and Leo Santos will be making his black belt debut in Pesadissimo.

So Kron is not considered a favorite?

I was surprised to see a few names not there (Glover, Cooper, Xande, Tozi, Big Mac) but maybe we can expect at least one more updated list before the brackets are made.

Xande injured his knee and just decided to skip it. Not sure about the other guys.

SilverFox, I would say that Kron is not considered a favorite in that bracket. In the future he very well may be but with Marcelo, Sergio Moraes, Leite, Guto Campos, Estima, and Finfou in the bracket he hasn't earned his spot (as a black belt) to be considered a favorite. There are quite a few other guys in the division, along with Kron, that I wouldn't be surprised to see do very well though. Kron was beaten soundly by Moraes last year but put on a good performance at the Europeans this year. We'll have to wait and see how he does over the next few big tournaments before he can be considered a favorite to win. He does have the skills to beat anyone in the division, he just doesn't have the experience at black belt to be expected to do it. Rogel Monsalve, Edson Diniz, Claudio Calasans, Tiago Alves, Rodrigo Teixeira, Abmar Barbosa, and Regis Lebre are all guys who can really do some damage in this bracket if they are on and the bracket is set up favorably for them. Add all of them, including Kron, to the guys listed as the favorites to win and you have one of the toughest divisions in a long time.

I'd like to see how Kron x Finfou would play out along with Guto x Moraes.

I agree. There are a lot of great matches that could happen for the first time. I can't wait to see the bracket when it's posted.

I'm excited to see how Rodolfo Vieira does in his division. I expect him to do really well. He looked super impressive at the Abu Dhabi Pro and I'm sure that he's looking to ride that wave into the Mundials.

I'm also looking forward to seeing how Leo Santos and Gustavo Dias do the black belt pesadissimo since there aren't a lot of big names in there. Both guys are newer black belts but both are monsters on the mat. I was matched up against Dias in the Mundials a few years ago and he was pretty tough. I know him and Leo had a battle in the Mundials last year in brown belt Pesadissimo. I expect both of those guys to look impressive. Vella and Corleta will be the names to beat in that division so it will be interesting to see if these guys can give them a run.
