If Coop cuts off appendages, there is no limit to how light he can get

A single phaser or disruptor blast could reduce his weight to 0.

He competes medio in cbjj wich is 170 with basically not being able to cut weight at all.  He is very lean but cutting 20 lbs isn't as insane as I orignally thaught of him being that weight.  I have trouble believing it but I think 20lbs is doable for anyone.

    .... with the gi.  It's 175 without.
Cooper is close enough to lightweight so that if he wanted to watch his diet, he could fight light at IBJJF events.

People must think I'm a total lardass.  At least Goatfury.  I mean Cooper seems like he has no fat at all, but if he "wanted to watch his diet" he could make lightweight.  I feel like total fatty right now. Thanks Mr Fury.

He has three weeks. It could probably be done in a pseudo-healthy manner.

I lost 13 lbs. in one night back in high school for wrestling.

I lost 8 lbs. last Sunday morning in an hour for a judo comp.

    Certainly possible.
