I never understood the wipedown between intervals; I guess I am not doing it right or it just is not for me. It seems that I lose waterweight slower that way.
I read in Henry Cesjudo's (or whatever the f**k his name is) autobiography that they slathered lotion on his (naked?) body while he cut to lose weight faster in Beijing. Anyone (SanDa?) have any insight on this, personal or otherwise? Never even heard of that before or heard of it since. Just thought of it though.
