Economy?  Stagnant at best
Unemployment? Flatlined near 10%
Gas Prices? Still climbing
National Debt? Many times larger
Deficit? Still ridiculously high
Proposed Spending cuts?  Insufficient
Housing Market? Still negative trending
Education? No improvement
Oil Spill Disasters?  +1 big one
Military Actions? Less Iraq, more Afganistan
US respect around the globe?  Absolutely no better.
International Upheavals? Just the whole Middle East
US Border? Mexico more dangerous than ever
Political Climate? more contentious
Race Relations? No significant progress

Economy?  Improving, suprised we survived the mess that the GOP and Bush left us.
Unemployment? Finally under 9% even though huge profits are being made. Conspiracy?
Gas Prices? Price of freedom? Let's see how the middle east turns out at the end.
National Debt? Many times larger.-Agreed.
Deficit? Still ridiculously high-Agreed
Proposed Spending cuts?  Insufficient, everything should be hit...ON BOTH SIDES!!!
Housing Market? Improving.
Education? Obama is doing a great job despite the attack on teachers by the GOP/teabaggers.
Oil Spill Disasters?  Thank You Bush, Obama took care of your mess and used some pressure to get the company to do the right thing.
Military Actions? Hopefully out of Iraq this year.  Let's just set the plague on Afghanistan. That or break up the country into 5 small countries.
US respect around the globe?  Absolutely. Less and less protest of the U.S. Just look at the mideast.  They like Obama and are finally blaming the bad guys(their government).
International Upheavals? Great job so far Obama. Keep up the good work.
US Border? Work in progress despite AZ trying to f**k up any cooperation with Mexican.
Political Climate? More contentious due to right wing wackos.
Race Relations? No race riots in L.A.  Good thing.

You get your statistics by looking around? Is that some of that quality common sense 'straight from the gut' style republican decidering?

I don't give two shits about Obama's cock, but I do think the economy is significantly better now than it was 2 years ago.  People are much more willing to spend money now than they were then.

And yes, I can just look around.  WHen I drive down my street, there are multiple house's vacant and in repo status, Border Security?  There is none.

It has nothing to do with how wacky your state is? Guns allowed in bars, your governors eloquent debating skills.  Maybe it's the way you make minorities feel at home there. Make your state less wacky and maybe people would move there.

So the immigration law is the reason we have the 2nd highest rate?  Nevada has the highest and what is the immigration issue there?

BTW, the foreclosure issue started several years ago,  long before there was any type of immigration reform.

This is a quote from your own article.

"
"We've now seen three straight months with fewer than 300,000 properties receiving foreclosure filings, following 20 straight months where the total exceeded 300,000," said James J. Saccacio, RealtyTrac CEO. "Unfortunately this is less a sign of a robust housing recovery and more a sign that lenders have become bogged down in reviewing procedures, resubmitting paperwork and formulating legal arguments related to accusations of improper foreclosure processing."

So let me get this straight...Giggy disagrees with me and makes his assessment that the economy and housing market are improving. But his evidence and discussion is about just how bad the economy and housing market is.

I love arguing with liberals, its a turkey shoot.
